Manatee County boast probably the most scenic route through Tampa Bay over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.
The Port of Manatee is the closest port to the Panama Canal and has created a host of offerings for those seeking access. The port is a prime location with nearly 5,000 acres of surrounding green space ripe for development. The port features 40-foot-deep facilities and handles approximately 9 million tons of cargo each year. Manatee County also has convenient access to CSX railroads, as well as I-275, I-75 and US-41.
