The Tampa Bay Partnership's Relocations & Expansions is a tool for identifying specific activity within our market and represent a sampling of Tampa Bay business relocation and expansion announcements between Q2 2009 and Q2 2011. Given that all business relocations and expansion decisions include an evaluation of available labor, we’ve also included a list of recently documented closures. The Tampa region includes the counties of Citrus, Hillsborough, Hernando, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk and Sarasota as well as the metropolitan areas of Tampa/ St. Petersburg/Clearwater, Lakeland and Bradenton/Sarasota/Venice.
